Here is a 75 Meter AM transmitter that I built in 2007
The transmitter is a 6146 driven by a 6CL6
crystal oscillator. The modulator is a pair of
2E26's driven by a 12AU7 and a 12AX7.
All of the components are either WW2 surplus
or NOS parts from the 1960's.
Next to it is an ARC-5 receiver covering 75 M.
This is the transmitter with the cover off, showing
the power supply on the right, the modulator in
the middle and the RF section on the left.
